LG Flatron M4200D 3-D 1080P HDTV

The new Flatron M4200D from LG is a 42" LCD display that enables users to watch 3D images without the need for those pesky, nerdy-looking 3D goggles. Features of the Flatron M4200D includes a brightness level of 500cd/m2, an 8ms response time, a contrast ratio of 1,600 to 1, and a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080. Just like how Doom tried to pass 2.5D as 3D before Quake came along, the M4200D looks like another futile exercise in bringing true-to-life images to the viewers.
